How do I apply for a position?
Select the Search Careers option to view all open positions, choose the position that aligns with your skills and qualifications, click Apply Now to access the application, complete the form, electronically sign it, and then submit.

How do I know if my application was received?
Once you have applied for a position, you will receive an email informing you that your application was received.

I don’t see a position for me but I am interested in working for Athlon Solutions, What should I do?
Please fill out a general application. We will review these applications as new positions are posted.

How do I update my application?
Log into the Careers section usingĀ  your email username and password. Update your application for the position you applied for, or apply for a new position.

How will I know if a position has been filled?
When a position is filled, an email is sent to all applicants that were not selected for the position. Please make sure your email is correct on your resume and your application.

What is the typical interview process at Athlon Solutions?
The interview process typically starts with Athlon Solutions contacting (phone call or email) the best qualified candidates to schedule a phone call and/or face-to-face interview. All face-to-face interviews are conducted at the location associated with the position. This provides the candidate an opportunity to meet the hiring manager and other Athlon Solutions employees and a chance to assess the working environment. Depending upon the role, candidates may be asked to perform a technical or skill assessment in addition to the interview. A candidate may be asked to return for an additional interview(s) depending upon the level of the position.

What is the pre-employment screening process?
All offers of employment are contingent on a background screening and drug and alcohol test. Depending upon the role, employees may also be subject to a physical.
